Erect undershrub; leaves orbicular, incised, middle ones palmatifid, upper ones ovate to oblong-lanceolate; flowers pink, with a purple centre, solitary or in clusters; fruits subglobose.

Distribution : Common

Uses :  Roots used as diuretic; roots and stem used in acidity and dysentery.
