Tree with bark dark-brown outside and white inside; leaves large, linear-oblong, or oblong-lanceolate, acute, rounded at base; flowers pedicellate; berry globular, turning yellow when ripe. Distribution : Common in evergreen forests, also grown. Uses : Fruits used in dyspepsia. |
